Lee,

If you are making another batch, I just missed the first lot and it would be good if you could include me on the next.

Cheers, Michael

Being a bit slack here, haven't got round to fitting mine yet but went out to the garage tonight to give it a whirl.

So the question is, to all Tamora owners, can you get the old bottle off and new one on without removing the bonnet or has it got to come off? Bonnet needs adjusting anyway - in 3 planes...

Looks nice and shiny on the shelf though Lee!

Lee took photos and measurements of my Sag bottle on Sunday.
He has other stuff on at the moment such as finishing a load of Tam bottles.

Hi All. Sorry that I have been a bit quiet lately but I have been really busy with my day job and as Paul said am just finishing off another lot of Tam / T350 bottles.

I have measured up etc ready to start the Sag bottles. They will be of a similar design as the T350 ones but I just need to sort the mounting bracket design. The good news is that you will save around 2kg!!

I have attached a couple of mock up pics below. I will email all the Sag owners who have expressed an interest when I am ready to do the first ones which should hopefully be in the next 2 - 3 weeks after I have finished the others.

Any questions etc in the mean time please feel free to drop me a message. Cheers. Lee.

P.S. Paul promises he will polish the rest of his tanks!

Lee,
Is the new bottle going to be the same/similar size as the original plastic (top pic), or small size as in the bottom picture?
Thanks
Mike

I think I should keep the original as I want to keep my car as standard as possible.

Hi Mike. The new bottle will be smaller like the one in the bottom pic. It will be a little wider, slightly shorter and not quite as deep as the one shown. I am just finishing off the bracket design.

I have kept it small (like the T350/Tam ones) as most people have said they don't hardly use it and to save a couple of KG's is an added bonus.

I do know that one or two people like to have a big washer bottle so I will do these separately for them. Same style just a lot wider.

Alex, I will add you to my list, thanks for your interest.

Cheers. Lee.

I'll definitely be wanting the large variant - happy to wait until you've finished the batch of weight-saving model !!

Think I would prefer a larger one too, just for aesthetic reasons. If the smaller one looks better than so be it.

I know I'm a tart .....

Hi all,

I will make one small and one large (once I have finished the designs) and then post up some pics. Will then email all who are interested and you can choose.

Cheers. Lee.

Lee

Just picked mine up from the PO. Its gorgeous!! Thank you, superb stuff. Finishes off the engine bay nicely, just putting back together today with Radtech alloy rad, ACT hoses and clips, engine badge, ACT stainless coolant pipe and a general clean and polish up. Shame I could not run to a carbon airbox but hey ho!

Thanks Lee

Looks good too.

Shame the stainless pipe didnt fit, 5mm too long on the return, fouled against something.
