I might be able to make it, if I may please? I have things to do on both days but i'd like to come along if I can conclude my business in good time.

I will be bringing a lowly Jaguar and my talented amateur photographer girlfriend though.

As I am still looking (and really only looking in earnest since mid-December when I was in a good position to do so (and being incredibly picky)), it would be useful to see a number of cars in the flesh to get an idea on colours, ASM v Manual and the differences in Model Years (I know the differences on paper but I haven't had the opportunity to compare actual cars against each other yet).

Damn frown would be up for this, but visiting friends this weekend.

I might think about disappearing earlier than planned on Sunday to come back towards London for this... will give it some thought.

I really, really want to come, but new brake pads not until Tuesday and slightly dubious about making the trip beforehand, car has started squealing a lot (only 300 gentle miles since the warning came on) but I'm not sure another 40 return is a good idea.

But we need you - who else will take decent photos! smile
Bring the MINI instead or get the train, very close to Weybridge - only 25 mins from Waterloo

Shmee, if you can get to Putney mainline station or East Putney tube, I'll give you a lift down and drop you back off?

If the Mini is invited, I will most certainly be there! If there's anybody who may be interested in shooting a 3-4 minute video of their Aston, I'd be delighted to edit and send over to them, I'd be happy to oblige!

Just spoked to Brooklands, one of the AMOC regions is having their Christmas lunch there on Sunday!

It might mean the paddock outside the Clubhouse is full, but it'll still be full of other Astons which is nice! They can park 30 cars in there so we'll see who can park there, if not we just park in the paddocks alongside but we'll all be together.

Taking shape nicely, weather looks OK. Could be a nice day out, anyone know a decent route around some backroads nearby?

But I don't have a beard. I thought you had to have a beard to attend anything AMOC related?
