Done a bit of searching/reading and this topic has been raised before but I am not clear.
Recent posts about new steering wheels with alacantra/carbon/perforated leather/flat bottom etc etc has prompted next upgrade, but if possible may as well go for maximum available if changing wheel.
My steering wheel is bare, no phone/audio controls on left and no cruise controls on right (phone is basic sim card holder in dash, using dash buttons to operate - don't bother with it as a rule)
Posts have said cruise is a steering wheel upgrade to include switches, and dealer switch on, but then some mention a Bluetooth module in steering wheel, others say wiring is there.
Can anyone give me an answer to what, if any, are possible. Ideal would be full audio control (hit or miss reading other posts) and cruise, but hey, what are the chances of that!!

Also interested in knowing this. After buying a V12V steering wheel without airbag in order to get the cruise control functions fitted to my car, I have emailed a few places and never received a response other than Long Stratton AM who say the wheel cannot be used on my car without purchasing another airbag.

I added cruise control to my DB9 a few years ago. I bought a new steering wheel, with the cruise buttons fitted and had DMS fir it. He used the airbag from the old wheel. Cost just over 500 if I remember.

Do DB9s not have cruise control as standard? I'm really surprised on a modern GT like they are.

Thanks Phil. I can do without it in a Ferrari but on a DB9 it would seem a big omission and for me would be a deal breaker if the car didn't have it (unless it was really really perfect in every other way!)
