It was never an issue on mine either.
I doubt it's an >issue< on any car. But one man's harsh ride is anothers delightful one. We all like diferent things, some like their Astons snmooth and wafty, smoe like them firm and sporty.

Me, I like to press a button and switch between the two. Very relaxing going round the South Circular and over the London speed bumps today.

When I meet Pommehogster tonight on the A43 and have the 17mile blat to Silverstone around endless roundabouts and fast dual carriageways, rest assured my suspension will be set to firm smile
Yup, switchable is the way forward.

Enjoy your drive.

I am at a loss as to why some think the sports pack rides harshly.
My 2011 V8 Roadter with sports pack rides incredibly comfortably.
Did they change something on the later cars?
It is way better at smoothing out rough roads than my daily drive 335BMW
Even my wife finds it very smooth.
Maybe I should check that they actually fitted the sports springs!

It was never an issue on mine either.
I also dont find my AM Sports Pack stiff, we also have a 335 BMW and the Aston is more compliant than that (actually so are most cars!). I am loving the sports pack after fitting it a few months ago, it really makes the car more controlled over my b/c road test routes, I find myself carrying much more speed into tricky corners due to the better damping and body control. The new anti-roll bars make a great deal of difference. I am yet to try it out on a track, but expect to be very pleased...oh and those new wheels are very sexy!

edited to add - they do a full GEO setup at the dealer when fitting the sports pack, so maybe item 1 is not needed if you go with item 3
