As soon as the money transfer comes through on the sale of my Testarossa, hopefully by the end of this week, I need to find a nice DB9 - yes, need smile

If anyone knows of, or comes across one in the following spec, I would be very grateful to hear about it.

2005-2006 auto coupe
£35-38k
Black (preferred) or bright Sage Green (similar to the one Marlow have in - shame it's a manual).
Cruise Control

Many thanks in advance.

ps: This is what I believe they call Sage Green, but I think it's a bit bright for Sage so the dealer description may be wrong. Any thoughts?

I would have thought this was more Sage. To be honest, either would do, they both look stunning.

If it happens to be your own car, please don't put actual details of it on forum so as not to risk inadvertently falling foul of advertising rules. I will contact you directly. If it's not your car, then no probs there smile

With your car history, I'm surprised it isn't a manual that you want?? Maybe give that Marlow a car a try, it's a lovely box and give the DB9 a very dual character. Much sportier when required but just as relaxing when not.

The top one is probably 'Aston Racing Green' like Tony Hall and Verminators cars and the bottom one is indeed California sage.

I have been itching for a paddle shift for some time now Lewis, even if I had been staying with Ferrari. It changes gear faster than I can! biggrin

I also love big, sporting GTs, so hustling it at speed around the twisties is maybe not so important to me as it might have been a few years ago.

I will drop Marlow a line to see if it has Cruise Control, but I don't think it does and, as I do a few long journeys, (possibly Italy and the Rivierra in July) it would be a definite bonus. It does have the brolly though, which is nice smile

Burriana, I have a vague recollection that cruise could be retrofitted to some DB9s. I'm very much out of the loop these days, but it may well be worth asking / considering if the appropriate car surfaces without it.

I'd heard that too Pods, but it would be nice to find one that does't need to go straight into a specialist.

Er, what are you doing mooching round this forum anyway? smile

The top green one looks like it could even be pentland green, but yeti is probably right. I thought tony's was "fern green" lol

Not a fan of the bottom one. Aston green (like Jessica) is something to look out for too.

I wouldn't have it any other way. As long as you manage to pry your wallet open and hand over some folding money.
