That will be my last day with it until Le Mans as it goes to BR the next day and I'll have the indignity of a 911 as my favoured mode of transport frown
Disappointed to hear you've not got a back-up Aston for such moments laugh

After "slumming" in the 911 I bet you'll enjoy getting to know the Aston again winksmile

I might be up for it as the cars been sat idle for a couple of weeks whilst I've been busy. Would be good to go for a blast in the countryside. Was thinking about taking the other half out for a pub lunch, so this might be quite nice.

What time were you thinking?

Bumped to say, its about 9.40am, Tony's washed the car, bless him, in glorious sun.

Now typing this, the clouds are gathering, but unless its really tipping it down we are still determined to make a pilgrimage to the Woodman.

Will be there from about noon, after I've dried my hair.

Hope someone else is there to chat to.

Well thanks Phil, that was the kiss of death. Tis raining now, frown

Only a wee bit though.

How's Karens recovery going? Well I trust! And your good self, fine I hope.

Karen's doing well Di and managed yesterday without painkillers but back on them today.

Tony will have filled you in that I'm off the red vino for the foreseeable future and onto a strict regime of antacids - bugger !!

Sometimes you just need to slooowww down a bit frown

Be careful with those tyres on your run out Di. I've heard the rain turns them into hedgefinders rolleyes
