There have been countless comments made about the black and silver wheels on the Vanquish not being to many people's taste, quite understandably I might add. However looking on the Configurator it showed some less fussy wheels much like those found on the previous facelift Vanquish, and I caught sight of one on another video posted by Shmee.

I think they look much, much better. Would certainly be my choice if I were lucky enough to be in the position to spec one.

They would be my choice too. Silver wheels definitely look the best. They still don't look anywhere as good as sport pack wheels though imo.

Interesting to see that HWM specced their Vanquish demonstrator with the other wheels too. I much prefer them to the black/silver ones:

These wheels look massively better IMO. They are the standard wheel and I have a strong wheel that many have ordered the other one simply because it's the 'option wheel' so 'must be better'. Both wheels available in several colour combinations

The option wheel is way to fussy for my personal taste but I must have seen 25+ vanquishes now and only perhaps 2 had the standard wheel

Yep, these standard wheels in graphite look fantastic.

Still think Skyfall (or any silver) is one of the worst colours for the Vanquish though. Such a bland colour.

Edited yes

Those rear wheels take a 305mm section tyre. Hmm... scratchchin

When was the last time a "newbie" posted pics of their new car in something different to silver or black??

The 'problem' Tim, if we can call it that, is they are mostly dealer spec cars as that's how the Aston sales network seems to function. So 007 resale grey and suicide black leather.

That Sunburst Yellow V12VR posted the other day was cloud9

Depends on the overall combination. Skyfall volante/roadster with navy interior could look very good. Skyfall, only IMHO of course, looks much better in the flesh

Well I've got a Skyfall Vanquish for the day in a couple of weeks (along with a V8S F-Type) so I'll be able to tell in person then biggrin

I was down at Newport pagnell last week. They had quite a few vanquish's in stock and quite a few with option wheels.

Personally I love them but each to their own.

Yet more proof that these are the best wheels, plus I think the colour will go down well with certain people!

I don't think that colour does much for it.
