Lexus rx300 petrol engine ( related to the Lotus 3.5 I believe ) bought from new and now 9 years old and showing no signs of ageing .
If you want a cheap rag top it has to be a boxster - nothing to touch the driving experience IMHO - I kept one for 10 years alongside a brand new new 997 for a year and ended up selling the 997

I find that ironic coming from a man who dresses up in Lycra and goes off with a group of other men, "cycling".

I go from the sublime to the ridiculous for my second car. It's a Peugeot 107 (998cc 3-cylinder), bright yellow with black stripes over it. It was my sons but he swapped it for our A3 a couple of months ago. It's called Buzzy (for obvious reasons) and is great round town (less so on faster roads).

I've also got a winter car - 2001 VW Golf 2.8 V6 4Motion - and a bike - Yamaha R6.
