Does anybody know whether the interior door sills on the Vantage and the DB9 are the same?

yes they are...

They were grey metal and slightly ribbed in my DB9. In my V12V, they are purplish and smooth.

IIRC they are the same dimensions and fixing but various different finishes (My S is different to my std Vantage)
