My V8V is currently at BR in surgery as we speak.
Hope to get some updates tomorrow, before picking it up at the begining of next week with exhaust and suspension upgrades fited.
Dropped it off on Saturday so I am experiencing the seperation anxiety Rob eludes to. Driving a Mini just doesn't quite do as an alternative.
It will probably be be in some stage of disassembly when you go up on Friday.

Blue tac is far better than black tape, i changed the dash in a pug. 106 a few months ago because the fuel gauge was duff and found that some spanner had put blue tac in the hole to cover the MIL light, oh the joys of working on other peoples cars.

If you've managed to avoid the floods and the fallen trees it now looks like a nice day for a drive - so hows it going at BR and how many meals did you manage so far?
