V8V passenger door not unlocking/locking

Was there a thread on this somewhere? I can't seem to find it.

I guess it was inevitable, but passenger door is occasionally not unlocking/locking with remote.

Is it that the remote battery needs replacing?

If, when you press the lock on the fob it goes "clunk-clunk" (very quickly) as opposed to "clunk" then it's the actual door latch mechanism bouncing. Both my doors did it intermittently when I bought it and because of the insane wait of 20 seconds before it actually locks, the previous owner was clearly none the wiser
