A grey Aston eh?... that narrows it down to 95% of Aston drivers hehe

The coincidence is incredible!
Just last week I came off the slip road on to the A50 past Derby in my black V8V to perfectly coincide with another black V8V!

Although he didn't seem so chuffed about seeing me (as I flashed my lights, waved my hands and pamped my horn in excitement....)

That's because the moment he saw you he felt less special than he felt a few moments earlier ;-)

Happens in London all the time. In my black DB9, I once found myself in a three car convoy. In my V12V, I sometimes find myself at the lights at Angel next to another Meteorite V12V.

We all feel special when on the roads by ourselves.
I guess my "brother in action" was a little embarrassed with my childish antics! He did have a rather attractive young lady in his passenger seat though biggrin

And I thought it was a one off last friday when another DB9 pulled up behind me, albeit a lighter silver, we both drove onto Princess Parkway then the M60 towards Stockport together. My youngest son and I gave a wave but got no reply, only to be expected though as I guess not every owner is a member here and understands the wierd etiquete.
Funny thing though is the chap who was in it used to own a silver DB7 vantage and we've spoken a couple of times when I was looking for an Aston, a very nice chap, he even let me try on his DB7 for size, I should've pulled along side. I see the DB9 regularly in Chorlton near me but usually when I'm in my other cars.

Slightly off topic but one of my fellow village dwellers owns a 458. I hate seeing him in his car while I'm in mine.

Good job you don't live near me then Slarti as on my drive into and out of work I see a few of them daily, and it's only a 6-7 mile drive through Manchester.

Damn nice cars and a gorgeous exhaust note. It's my next car....in about 6 years.
