Hi there,

A friend of mine was wondering if it is possible to retrofit the N400 side skirts and if so where does them? Someone apparently mentioned to him that Aston Martin themselves offer it but he said he doesn't mind going aftermarket if he has to.
Also does anybody know the costs of them?

Lastly are the wheels available as a retrofit and if so how much would they be?

Thanks for any help!

Any specialist can fit the sills, just find one with a good reputation...

The wheels are Sports Pack version 1 and are highly sought after as they're very light and beautifully made. If you bide your time, you might get them for 2k from eBay..?

Interested to see the One-77 upgrades they advertise on their website. Not a car you usually see being upgraded.

Just when it looked like you were offering some genuinely constructive help you go and act like a knob again by baiting someone.

You asked that question purely to elicit a reaction and potentially spoil the OP's thread rolleyes

I'll reply in good faith then Scotpak.

I know nothing about Appleby Engineering except what James, the owner's son, says about them. I know they fitted an inapproproate clutch to Steve's car and sold Burntout some wheels for a track day.

I only take my car to one place, and everyone is sick to death of hearing about it.

To be honest. Im just keen to hear from someone who has had their bodywork upgrades.
They seem decent prices but dont want to go in blind.

Dave at AMR will supply you with genuine parts. They can fit and everything as well.

My advice to anyone is rather than feel like you should take a risk with any company, why not take a moment to go meet them and discuss what you're after.
Whether this be AMR, BR, Trinity, or any other indie/specialist.
We are each entitled to go where we feel would be best.

For some that's based on reviews of other customers, for others it could be on how you feel about a particular company after meeting them.
Lets not get entangled in comparisons. It's each one to their own.
As long as you, the customer, are happy with the service you are getting that's all that matters.

If you're still in doubt I recommend visiting a few of the companies. Then you can decide first hand yourself.
Simples!

I'm getting a set fitted in a couple of weeks by an AM dealer. They will paint and fit them and also put some armour guard protection on them too, which should help with the stone chippings.biggrin
Can't wait to get this done as they will make my car look really nice, not that it isn't nice already wink
