Today I gave the AM dealer the go ahead to fit the Quicksilver decat pipe to my DBS (which currently has the supersport backbox).

It should sound like:

Hope after they have fitted it they don't treat your car the same way from cold as the guy in the video does.

Picked it up after finding out that a clunking noise on full lock was just tyre skip. It looked lovely all clean under the showroom lights.
Some interesting bits of metal in the background.

Took my V12V out for the first drive this year! The dealer had it for a few weeks to sort some issues under warranty. The excitement was like getting a new car again smile And based on comments on here I removed the parcel shelf, apparently it makes it sound a bit better when in the cabin? F**k me that sounded good! biggrin That B&O system isn't going to be used much, bloody waste of money that was for whoever spec'd it new wink My quick drive turned into an hour of just driving nowhere in particular for the sake of it. Roads were slippy and the TC was making me look silly so put that in track mode, Sport button on and I was in my element. As much as I'm looking forward to the temps getting up and these Corsa's coming into their own, I did enjoy the slippy nature of the roads right now, the noise when the revs get up at low speed, just fantastic.

REALLY loving this car - and this is how I feel before getting to experience it's capabilities and power in the dry/warm.

Great to hear others with the excitement levels that I'm still experiencing thumbup

So, opened garage door, put lights on, strategically positioned directors chair, opened bottle of wolff blass and poured a glass full... sat in directors chair admiring car and took photo : finished bottle of red and staggered back into house with huge grin on face biggrin Pic below........ smile

Went to see a super bloke and Aston nut called Clive who supplied a battery conditioner and a remote exhaust valve switch. Mega impressed.

Clive is a super guy, and brilliant bloke to deal with. And his exhaust valve remote is superb!

Had a no parking line added as everyone seems to be at it on private land to make a few quid plus added an Aco drain to stop water infuriatingly getting into the garage and wetting her boots.

Shame it doesn't also stop the disk cutter dust eek

Maybe a sneaky190mph blast will shake the dust off wink but still leaves a busy Sunday ahead vacuuming the garage!

Took my latest accesories out for a ride. Think they're good for another 5 or 10 hp.

Also toying with the idea of a red or black grill. Read about using pinstriping tape to preview it so threw on some red and will look at it for a couple weeks. Then try black before deciding.

Looks like your local door way squatter has left his bottle of Meths behind but I bet he will be pleased to see his newly installed pissing drain which will save him doing it up your door. LOL
