Fabulous Matt. An alternative interior colour scheme. Sorry for the rubbish pictures. Ours is Dark Knight with California Poppy accents and a full Carbon fascia.

First one from when it was being built

I've had an ongoing issue with an emission warning light which although pinpointed to the gearbox never quite got resolved (ie it would come back intermittently after a month or so ).
My BS radar would be on overdrive here! Gearboxes dont produce emissions or have lambda probes etc AFAIK? How did they explain this mate?

Mate had a new box in his V12V recently too - lack of use I think laughbiggrin Glad that fine looking thing is back to health though.
It's true ken, the emission service light can trip for a multitude of reasons, emission / exhaust being being one of many. Granted they probably need an additional warning for my type of error.

Over 300 miles covered today going to gaydon and back without hiccup. biggrin

Matt,
I am curious as to why the emission service light could be related to the Clutch etc.
I have just had a new Bamford Rose twin plate clutch fitted to my V8VR and whilst the car was in I asked them to replace the two upstream O2 sensors (again)
These were replaced 2 years ago and it did cure the emission light, but recently it has been tripping again very frequently, so decided to replace them.
The DTC codes for the light coming on were P0133 and P0153 which indicate these upstream sensors, but i would have thought they would last longer than 2 years?
Thanks
Alan

Sorry Alan - all the fault diagnosis was completed by my local main dealer and direct with AM / gearbox manufacturer.
All I know is that the emission light isn't only triggered by an exhaust emission type fault.

Hope you get a fix.

I'm not normally too fussed about things like that - maybe its because the dash is pretty much all black but it stands out like a sore thumb to me biggrin
