Removed the rear valance and rear parking sensors to clean up the surrounding corrosion / re-prime / re-paint.

Spent 15 mins trying to remove the 1st one before I realised I was pushing it the wrong way....!

Collected it after it had had a PPF at Elite Detailing.

Posed down the King’s Road (well, you would, wouldn’t you?).

Fitted some locking wheel nuts (180Nm is a lot of torque. Having once had three of four wheels nicked off a car, I’d prefer not to take the chance no matter how unlikely it is that a Aston wheels get nicked).

Bought a small bottle of Mobil 0-40 to keep in the boot just in case.

Fixed the bracket for the peage blipper thing for our trip to France/Germany/Belgium/the Netherlands at the end of the month. Is there ever a time when you’re not nervous as hell approaching the first toll booth wondering ”is this bloody thing going to work...?”

Oh! I thought those signs meant minimum speed 30mph. Is it a max? Oops!

If you log on the website you can check the likelihood of the battery being low and if there is a risk of that they will replace the tag.

Dealer demonstrator at Stavelot with limited edition alloys (no longer available) - car is for sale only 3k on the clock

DB6 parked at the Stavelot event - I would probably use the same wheel locking device to be honest...

An Aston parked up next to me at Waitrose today. I'm pleased to say the driver retrieved his shopping bags from the rear seats prior to entering the store.angel

Best looking (on the outside) of the modern era Astons imho!

Smashing with the old pumps too.
