Popped the old Vanquish (mk1) on the rolling road (Surrey Rolling Road) and she produced a whisker under 400bhp at the wheels, estimated 485bhp at the crank.

Very happy that she is running so well.

I noticed the V12VS have a thinner and set up so may look into that
Just so you know, the V12S plinth does bolt straight on in replacement of the chunky version. I had it put on my old V12V.

Gave mine a wash after a recent blast through Wales. I’m pleasantly surprised with the new snow foam I used. Very little cleaning effort for this result.

What's the snow foam you used?

Never been there and that sign is usually a bit blurred when I pass it. Lovely stretch of road.

Oh, was that a joke? laugh

Pro Kleen from Amazon. I’d forgotten I’d run out and needed some sharpish so took a punt as it was same day delivery.

It’s better than the pro stuff I had from a detailing supplier and at half the price. It’s pretty strong, too, so you don’t need too much when mixing otherwise you could probably end up stripping any wax layer you have.

Yearned after it, it broke down Sunday before last, diagnosed last Tuesday as the ASM pump and still waiting for it to be repaired under warranty frown

Also have a video of the exhaust note, first part is standard valves shut, second part is with valves open and hooligan switch on.

Thanks Frances - I'll make a note of that for when I need some.
