the v12v with bucket seats shrinks around you. The DBS does not.

I'd do the same..... I wouldn't up date to a V12V...... But I'd be all over a DBSsmile

Interesting ! Very close between these two, even opinions.
Perhaps a DBS with light weight seats? Rare i know.

DBS with NO rear seats is the proper choice here.

Best take that fantastic looking Grange silver DBS of my list .

Well done looks stunning.

All the cars I have stored as possibles in my Autotrader garage keep getting sold hope that means I've got good taste.

They're both great cars and I think if it were purely for the driving experience I'd opt for the V12V. The DBS perhaps has slightly more road presence. It would be a close thing. Not sure if I'd want the S though as I prefer manual. As I mentioned at the start of this thread I've got two small boys who fight over who rides shotgun in the V8V. It always ends in tears for one (me usually as I have to take a different car) cry. So the DBS it had to be for the back seats. I know the rear seats aren't great but as they're only 5 and 6 coming on 7 they'll fit for school runs, going to activities etc. (hopefully for a while) and I get to drive the Aston more. A win win situation apart from perhaps a bucket load of extra miles on the clock come time to next change. driving

I would have preferred a manual but rare beasts to come by on an MY12 car. Also my better half didn't want a manual as she didn't like driving the manual V8 much. Good to have options if out for a drink! drink

Very nice but not the one I've got. This is going to be mine in a week or so: http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/a...

It was actually at Grange Welwyn but did the deal with the guys at Brentwood where it's now sitting waiting for me biggrin Waiting for a detail and some PPF to be put on next week. Can't get down for it for 2 weeks! Counting the days.......15 sleeps sleep

That one's still available for you if you get a move on. I went for the Quantum Silver one at Welwyn just it's now at Brentwood

lime1 thats a lovely car well done. A good point about the rear seats in some DBSs if sometimes needed.
