I bought a set of Pagid pads for my V8 Vantage from Rick at BMG Autoparts Ltd (01372 378951 or PM him R1CKF)

Fantastic service and free courier next day delivery

I only needed the fronts but because of the price I have had both front and rear for £228 all in !!!

Highly recommend to all Pistonhead members as the place to go

Wish I'd known that - I went to eurocarparts as they had 30% off everything.

Ordered in Jan - never delivered.
UPS 'proof' of delivery was the driver (I assume) signing the machine with my surname in lower case spaced letters.
ECP have refused to resend/refund as I need to report it as stolen??

Shocking service from both ECP and UPS
I was going to buy from them and so glad I didn't
Hope you get a refund or equivalent.

That doesn't make sense. How can you report something as stolen, that never arrived?

File a small claim for breach of contract (non-delivery). The onus is on them to prove you received it, not you to prove that you didn't.

Now up to 30 emails with ECP.
Latest from them is a copy of a form showing that the UPS driver has been out to see me and got me to sign a form saying I have received the parts - complete with ANOTHER forged signature purporting to be me - unbelievable!!

I'm just going to call/mail Amex tonight and get them to refund.

Then I'm considering a claim for damages/libel (presumable against UPS, but as I have no contract with them, not sure I can?

Thread bump for those looking for brake pads. Just took delivery of front and rears for my db9 from Rick. £95 a set (ex VAT) for Pagids, and good friendly service. Highly recommended! (No affiliation etc..just a satisfied customer)

This is the same problem a number of ebay users are getting from the courier ebay use to process returns. If their courier says it was delivered, even without a signature to "prove" it, they take the couriers word as gospel. Clearly I cannot name their courier but ebay just take the refund straight out of your account. I'm sure a search on the net will identify the culprits.

Sadly you've all paid too much, fronts are the same as a Range Rover sport or a VW Tourag, Brembo's.
Not found a match for the rears but the hand brake pads are the same as a S type jag.
Trade price on the fronts 40 odd quid and I think 16 for the handbrakes.

I have db9 calipers in my scirocco.

Ive used pagid rs42 blue and project mu h16s.
The project mus are fantastic but at 380 quid they should be.

Imo well worth the extra money over some oem pads.

Hi

Just checked. RR sport front pads are an exact fit on dimensions etc. However the part no for Textar is 2021701 and the Aston Martin part no is 2021703. Cost of RR pads is £33 compared to almost £300 from AM. Is there a difference in compound?

Hi

Couldn't find a match for the rear that has the wear indicator cut outs.

I ended up getting them from Carparts4less (essentially eurocar parts) for around £130ish with a discount code. OEM Pagid

Still haven't fitted them though..
