My first Aston Martin
Discussion
Hallo DS2000, ik kom uit Heerlen! I'm not too sure what you meant with the last sentence, it says "I am taking dutch lessons but I am bullst"
Okay guys, I've fixed the tailgate button!
WD40 did not do anything, so I decided to take the carpet off and have a better look. I took the button module out and the first thing I want to clarify is that WD40 can't ever help, the button puts pressure on a rubber part which is sealed in a plastic housing. I opened up the housing, there are two copper dots on a PCB and two copper dots on the inside of the rubber part. When you press the button the PCB and dots on the rubber make contact, so I cleaned them which fixed the issue!
Brakke from this forum offered me his right tail light which I am probably buying, slowly erasing the list of quirks.

Great news and think how much you've saved by doing it yourself.
I would have mentioned the rubber gromet but Google translate didn't understand
When changing your lights think about whether you want to swap to the clears - it will cost more and Brakkes are a good option, but if you're thinking, nows the time.
You'll soon have the car how you want it

I'd say if you're doing your rear lights its probably worth fitting, or renewing, these:

They'll keep your boot nice and dry as a few of us have had it pretty sodden in there
