Unfortunately not me. Is that Amethyst Red Francis? Wheels are the wrong colour. BTW don't forget to charge your mobile.

Like you I'm not sure about the colour of the wheels.
However,on balance I think they work.
Black rims are a marmite subject on this forum.
Never quite sure whether they look "mean and moody" or a bit "boy racer".

Saw this at Woburn with a factory plate on it. The interior was interesting and a bit busy for my taste.

I love the colour too, but not sure what I would do with the wheels.

It's a 2015 colour.
Aston Martin named it after Paddy aka Francis .
It was in honour of services to his detailing skills on Astons, that and his cake eating talents.

I think it look stunning

I don't get the concern over the wheel colour - it goes perfectly with the black details all over the car. In fact, if the wheels were silver or part silver, they wouldn't match up with any other element on the car IMO

Having said that, for less than £400 all in, you could have the wheels professionally sand blasted and repainted in any shade of silver or grey that takes your fancy

I think it looks stunning. As Jonby says, the wheels could easily be painted for moderate cost. That's one of the beauties of the lightweight ten spoke painted wheel design. If you were going to get really creative, you could look at painting them a couple of shades darker than the 'Amethyst Red Francis' body colour, still dark, but not black. I don't think silver or polished would work

That colour would suit a light smoked chrome wheel yum

I do not think it is Amethyst Red but would put my money on Divine Red, a 2015 colour. It looks very dark, almost black, until the sun comes out and then you see the red.

It was one of the colours we considered when speccing ours but thought if we went for the black lightweight wheels they would go better with a lighter colour.

I keep looking at it and seeing black mirror caps, black mirror arms, black carbon bonnet vents, black hood, black side strakes, black mesh, black tyres, black callipers - I just don't get why the wheels in black are in any way 'wrong'

But it's a very sensible suggestion above Phil - body coloured wheels (I think that's what you are referring to ?), in the style of this RUF RT35 (I know it's green but you get the idea)
http://www.autoblog.com/2012/03/06/ruf-rt35-rgt-8-...
could really work

Interesting Ian - I didn't think it was quite amethyst but couldn't quite work it out so sounds like you've hit the nail on the head
