F40....which is turbo charged!!????
Yes, because that is turbocharged for all the right reasons: ligh weight, speed and acceleration. The DB11 is not.

The picture I really wanted was looking through the boot down the side air vents (if you like - the reverse of the travel of air for the aeroblade). It would make a great photo but people kept obscuring it and then I got distracted. So if anyone gets a chance in the next couple of weeks....
Nowhere near ideal, but you get the idea. That looks like it's taking up quite a bit of boot space! Also explains the weird boot opening area.
Can't help but feel that they introduced the "aero spoiler" to try and look like they have heavily invested in R&D and modern aero, when really they could have just gone the good old Kamm tail route - saving themselves a bit of money and probably making the rear end prettier as a result!

No, the two air ducts do not take very much boot space. The camera must be quite close, so perhaps the duct looks larger than it is.
At the dealer presentation, the speech was mostly about the Airblade aerodynamic system, so if it is that good , I am sure you can feel the handling improvement. Anyway joking aside, DB11 orders have been terrific, so it doesn't matter if it is all baloney, the customers are buying their dream car. They will enjoy explaining the feature to SWMBO, with drawings of low pressure areas, drag reduction, downforce, and driving along the roof of a tunnel.
I understand that the aerofoil lifts at about 100 mph. Wonder who will be first to try that out on a motorway?

They look so much better with a splash of colour on them. This is in the reception area of Gaydon at today's SS.

I'll get shot to bits on here for this , but I think that's not a good looking car and it's sitting on a paticular grotty set of wheels.[imdg]http://thumbsnap.com/sc/3EisIN0b.jpg[/img]
Not for me I'm afraid.
