I purchased a Jaguar XK from them in March 2018.

Comments as follows:

The salesman led me to believe this was a 2 owner car, whereas there were 5 owners. The V5 was "with DVLA for a number plate change" when I first drove the car. The car was advertised as 40,000 miles whereas in fact it had 48,000 on the clock. A price reduction was agreed in relation to the mileage. When I went to pick up the car, the original salesman had 'left the company'. Bolers wanted the money the day before collection which I declined to do, electing to pay on collection. When the V5 arrived, post sale, the 5 previous owners became apparent. It took 3 phone calls before I was able to speak to the MD who had handled the sale to discuss the number of previous owners. Needless to say I got no satisfaction from that conversation. When it became apparent that the Aircon needed a service, I sent the invoice to Bolers by recorded delivery, and followed up with a phone call which the MD did not take, nor did he call me back. No surprise there then.

Overall I would say, if you can find the car you want elsewhere, then purchase from anyone else but Bolers. Basically they don't give a **** about customers once they have your money.

These people still trading ?
Trading Standards in Oxford, told me they were under investigation 2 years ago - amazed they are still using the same tactics as we experienced.
At least I got them to take the car back and refund me in full.....after a letter from my Solicitor.

I bought my M5 from them. All I can say was that the shiny shiny showroom did not correlate with the quality of the business.

was looking at a car when buying last year from these people-

Literally would not budge on price by one penny on a GT4 that was lower spec and higher miles than the one I bought from a porsche dealer direct - And who did a decent deal..
also the p-x they offered me on my GTR was simply insulting. Porsches was so good, I took it off the private sales lists -

In conversations with them.. i thought they were rude arrogant and were talking as if they were doing me a favour.

anyway they lost that sale, and wont ever get one from me

This mob have a R8 V10 manual for sale that seems well priced albeit not the best spec. Has anyone visited recently and maybe cast their eye over this car? It seems to have been in stock for quite a while and been recently reduced. I’m guessing this is stock and not SOR!?

I suspect most of their stock is SOR given their marketing where they claim to offer much better returns than private sales and part exchange values. A friend had their car with them on SOR and it didn't sell as they weren't keeping upto speed on the changes in value. If you like the look of the car, pay them a visit though I'd suggest expensive kit is very slow to move at this time of year (you may find an Audi dealer might surprise you on what they'd accept for an R8 that's now "aged stock" if you're prepared to buy this month). It's a good time to buy if you're a good negotiator.

I’m wanting a manual v10 car I doubt an Audi main dealer would stock this due to the age.
