That's right vpr ... on astonmartins.com they call that the Carbon black whereas the one I'm referring to is the Carbon edition (in 3 colours) ...

That’s correct. Is there a link to to written detail or does it not talk numbers?

I asked AM themselves ... they gave me some answers and also pointed me to astonmartins.com

Which one do you have?

I have a Carbon Black Volante

Numbers are:

Coupe
157 in total across 2010,11,12. Equal amounts per year

RHD 50
LHD 107

Volante
87 total

RHD 32
LHD 53

Equal amounts per year.

Carbon Edition superseded the Carbon Black in 2011 so making a Carbon Black super rare

Now that is rare! Are you MY2010 I presume? Worth keeping hold of I'd say! Esp if mileage is low

I don't have as specific numbers as you in terms of RHD but what I do know is they made 65 carbon editions in 2012 and 31 in black, what I don't know is how many were RHD and how many were coupe versus volante, would be great to know those numbers!

Do you know what the MY12 improvements were? The only things I am "aware" of is my satnav is the newer one and the memory seat buttons are chrome not plastic, aside from that can't tell ...

Aha thanks for that! Appreciated...

Your profile name suggests you have or are into the LM? I have a friend looking for one of those but quite hard to find!

Yes mine is 2010 Volante. Bought new done 2000 miles

If you look at my numbers about you can work out roughly what you need to know.

Yeah it’s a keeper. Spent a few hours today giving it the ACF50 treatment. Will get round to using it properly one day.

I think we might possibly be at cross purposes AWV12.

The table which I referred to, is a tidied up version of data compiled in a topic some time ago, about all of the Vantage Limited Editions and Special Editions.

You must be talking about DBS. I was just answering a question (off topic), about the V12 Vantage Zagato.
Ah, I was indeed talking about the DBS numbers, thought there was a detailed table of that in the make also?

Great, did expect your publication in AMOC magazine already last year, but let's wait and see. Will your table also differentiate in TT and Manual gearbox? And in LHD and RHD?
Great article (from Tim et al) in the latest (August 2018) edition of AM Quarterly Magazine about detailed DBS Coupe production numbers! (LHD/RHD, manual/TT, colours, etc)!

Thx! Hope there will be a DBS Volante follow up also! :-)

Hi can you tell me which magazine you mean? Is it the official AM one? Because I'm reading that and can find nothing about DBS in it unless you are referring to the new new dbs...?
