Can anyone help please?
The key fob button to open the boot has stopped working, but i can live with taht, but its connected to the number plate lights, which now dont work, so it failed its MOT.
Does anyone know where the relay is that controls the boot lock, or which fuse it is as the owners book does not tell you
Many thanks

Check the wiring loom where it crosses from the body to the bootlid. You may find a stress break in the loom inside the rubber bellows. The numberplate lights have nothing to do with the tailgate solenoid.
