I resisted asking any trick questions, but he did mention the reverse slope grille used on the DB10. I think opinion was divided about the looks of that.

I did not get his name but he did spend 45 minutes drawing me a stylist version of my Vanquish. He would not stop until he had it spot on in his eyes and it was a lovely thing to do as I would have been happy with a five minute sketch.

Fantastic day out. Wasn't sure what to expect so some pleasant surprises. Nearly as many Astons as Burghley last year.


Anorak observation but the 'Bond' DB5 clearly wasn't and the Vanquish had differing plates front and back.
