AM Cheltenham for servicing?

Hi, my V12VS is due its three year service. I previously used HWM which were great, but I now live much closer to Cheltenham, and don't have a lot of time. Any feedback, costings, anything?

They have been looking after my V8V.
Customer service is as one would expect from a main dealer, and no technical difficulties.
My contact has been Ian Cox, Service Team Leader, however I do not see his name on their current staff list.

Depending on how far away you are, you can always try Mcgurks too.

Bought my V8V from them and they have done some warranty work. Booked in next week for 7 year service. Pricing similar to McGurk's / BR / David Appleby on the fixed price part.

If general work needs doing such as brake pads/discs / air filters I will probably get it done elsewhere to save some money.

Customer service always been excellent, Judith and or Shannon very helpful on the phone and keep you updated.

Only issue is the showroom is too close and you cant help wandering across.....

Will also do a pick up service if you are not too far

I have found them to be good, serving my DB9, annually from 2013 to 2015. Reansonable prices & good customer service.
