The interior seems to be a tad busy with all the buttons, or is it different irl?
Coming from a DBS interior to me it seemed well organised with less buttons. I can see that compared to the 'final' Vanq touch waterfall (which I love) it could seem busy. It's the quality of the cabin that'll surprise most, buttons, shifters, design, it's stunning.raceboy said:
Loving it from all angles except dead ahead, especially not in yellow, almost think it'll actually look better WITH a front plate on, the 'mouth' is just a bit big, every other angle it's stunning.
With plate and darker grille mesh. I think the silver mesh is too much when its such a large opening.Horses for courses I guess.
Remember that thing that used to be Aston Martin? Understated, simple, pure beauty?
I cannot see any of that here.
My Vantage is, in my opinion, a very beautiful car. This is a very striking car. Same as AMG GT, F-type, R8 etc
Emperor's new clothes going in here my opinion

Ok, so now we can talk.
It didn't do it for me when I saw it.
I think the front and rear are very aggressive and then the big smooth bonnet and less defined side strakes jar with it (though they do stand out more in the press photos than I thought when seeing it). Looks less cohesive than the last model, even after it's bit by bit evolution.
I will look forward to a more extreme version, though I fear it will be all big wings with the more aggressive starting point. Hopefully then they can cut some holes in the bonnet!
Proof is in the pudding though, so once I drive one, that'll potentially overcome the visual which I'm not sold on yet. My spec was around £150k though, so not cheap!
Saying that, the DB11 is growing on me which I didn't think it would...

After all the hype and waiting I feel slightly underwhelmed. It looks much better in silver as opposed to yellow (green...sorry Adam!) and as others have said, it would appear it will be colour sensitive in a similar way to the DB11. I will reserve my judgement until I see it in the metal but my initial thoughts are that it looks too much like an F-Type (especially from the side) and is far too showy. But I guess that’s the way manufacturers are heading now. Surely launching it as a manual would have made sense too? Doesn’t look like there’s room there for a gear lever to me. I hope AP sticks to his guns. My V12V is staying put for now. Remember that thing that used to be Aston Martin? Understated, simple, pure beauty?
