Quick update. After some 200 more kilometers, where I mostly drove in traffic, the clutch is much more consistent and no longer has the problem of being excessively soft at high revs.

Also I have noticed that the pick up point is now not so high on the pedal.

Definetly now it has a much better feel, and I can finally say that I am happy with it.
