DB7 Wing mirror adjuster

Hello,

Does anyone know when the wing mirror adjuster moved from the top of the door card to the armrest?
Just trying to pin down production breaks for cars.

Since no-one answered I guess no one else cares.

If you do it moves from the top of the door to the arm rest at the introduction of the Vantage production break.

I asked originally because it is one of those quirky things I like about the early DB7's and wanted to narrow my search down.

Mine is a late 2003 Vantage, and is on the upper part of the door. That said, as mine is a late car I am sure the change happened way earlier.
