07 DB9 Radio cut out

Replaced the tinting on my dashboard digital displays and put the dash back in and then the radio was cutting out and then cam back on. So I tried turning the radio off and now it will not come back on, also bluetooth is out. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Radio and bluetooth were working perfectly before I pulled the guage cluster.

Also, is the radio built into the CD player?

Pretty obviously there is something not plugged-in properly. I suggest you pull it all out and try again.

Only thing I unplugged was the cluster and I verified that it is now plugged in securely, I even cleaned it with electrical contact cleaner.
