I've only used them for servicing, no issues whatsoever.

They even programmed my wing mirrors to auto fold on locking, which I did not ask for, but did appreciate!

With regards to Grange, I have always found Matt and Gavin to be great, so I'm sure you will find the same.

I bought the identical car last September from Brentwood, the deal was easy and the handover day was great, this is my 3rd Aston and it was fantastically presented.

The car had some significant issues which were apparent as soon as I left the dealership, I live around 7 hours away and was hoping that the long drive home would sort but unfortunately it didn't.
After various phone calls to the salesman who in fairness was extremely helpful the car warranty work was arranged via Stratstone Manchester within days (fantastic company)
To cut a long story short my Vantage S ended up with new front brake discs and pads, two new front tyres and a new rear light cluster due to the common condensation problem....I had owned the car less than a week.

Of course Stratstone required payment before the car was returned and Gavin from Brentwood arranged, great service and a large 3k plus bill.

BUT why was my main dealer Aston Martin approved Vantage after having a service and 140 point check with nothing to report on any paperwork allowed to leave the premises with warped brake discs and badly worn (inner edges so still legal was the argument)
it was all sorted in the end and Brentwood customer service worked but it did spoil my experience somewhat, as I type this the car is stuck on my drive in 1st gear! It decided not to change gear on the way home so I guess I will be phoning the dealer tomorrow again.

Good luck and enjoy the beautiful new car.

Some good feedback then all round, I was just getting worried a bit as usually something goes bad...

My last one was a nightmare..... Total nightmare... LOL I still have the letter sent to the garage I bought it from years ago, makes an interesting read.. laugh

Car all picked up and it looks stunning, only one issue... Got home and the headlight washer was hanging out and broken from its fitments, so its being taken into AM dealer for a new one under warranty... Bit of a pain but there you go...

This one feels so much quicker than my last one... which was the 4.3, wasn't really expecting that much of a noticeable difference..
Its really quiet though so cant wait for the quick silver back box and delete cat pipes to be fitted... Can enjoy the rumble then.. biggrin

My experience of Grange was excellent - I bought an 07 DB9V last year (Matt in sales and Steve in service). I had various items that needed to get sorted out (door handle Leds, subwoofer distortion, wind noise caused by seal around passenger door window) and everything was corrected with no quibble. 10yr service also completed by them 8 months later with no nasty surprises..

Negotiating the purchase price down was more challenging - not much movement.

I will definitely go back there when the next purchase is on the cards..
