Other than in the mountains the snow has pretty much stayed away, but the weather we have had has been mostly grey and dismal for the last few weeks, but I saw there was some nice late afternoon light today, so out I went for a quick click...

Great photos once more; what camera and lenses are you using?
Thanks David!A perfectly fine question, but a bit of a trick answer I`m afraid...
Firstly, most of my work shots were on Canon 5Dm3 cameras and several different lenses ranging from 11mm to 600mm, however I am in the process of selling all that stuff off as Nikon made me an offer I couldn`t refuse so I switched over in October last year. The recent shots above are with the Nikon D850 and the Nikon AF-P NIKKOR 70-300mm f4.5-5.6E ED VR which is an incredible lens for the price!
Secondly, a lot of the personal shots were with Fujifilm gear that was smaller and lighter to carry around for days out and holidays etc, but I sold my Fuji cameras and lenses last year as I came into a Sony RX1RII in 2016, and that is now my take-everywhere-camera. It is small with outstanding optical and sensor quality, albeit with a fixed 35mm lens which provides a slightly wider perspective like these below.

Thanks for the reply. I'm on the lookout for a new body. My trusty olde 500D has lasted 10 years but is on it's last legs following a snow incident last year. I've been looking at the 5D as the next logical step and the MKIV I think really will be a huge step up for me. Congrats on the offer from Nikon, hard work reaping rewards!
