Hi and greetings from New Zealand.
I just purchased a 2017 Vanquish Black Carbon edition that I pick up on my return from the states in a week from now, so I'm quietly excited.
I managed to buy a second lot of Carbon Black Mag Wheels but they are the rims only and don't come with the TPMS valves. Are these vehicle specific or are they generic , also any idea or suggestions as to a Part Number and best place to purchase some at reasonable prices as I presume if I ask Aston for a price they might be horrendous .
Thanks in advance

So according to an Australian New Zealand is part of the USA. You're both part of the Empire for goodness sake men!
Pete, Pip is a kiwi who just happens to be in the States right now! Oh dear Pete.
Anyway, that must be your first mistake.
Am sure that would never occur in your professional life.
The mention of perhaps pop in to Redpants, while you are in the States, reminds me of an old joke.
The daughter of a UK family were sending their daughter by boat to New York, for a visit to an aunt in San Francisco.
They asked the aunt if she could meet the daughter, when the boat arrived.
The reply came back, "Why don't you meet her, because you are nearer".
We do not know which part of the States OP is staying.

Perhaps I should have read beyond this rather misleading first line: "Hi and greetings from New Zealand."
Anyway, I'll take that. If it's the worst forum faux pas I ever make I'll live a fight another day.
Why misleading ?Anyway, I'll take that. If it's the worst forum faux pas I ever make I'll live a fight another day.
He could have started to compose his post in NZ then spent some time thinking about how to follow on....by which time he was in the States.

Are you saying he's a bit slow then Steven. If so, he's doing pretty well as he's just bought a new Vanquish. Although we've still seen no pictures to substantiate than claim
Not slow...just thoughtful. He'd need a blooming good lens to take a pic of his car in NZ from the states !
Plus he says that he hasn't picked it up yet.

How many people on here (under 60 years of age and able to use a smart phone) didn't have pictures of their car before they picked it up?
Give it up Pete. What's a smart phone ?
I'm more interested in his use of the expression "quietly excited ".
I thought that expression was best used before fornicating.
Maybe he was so "quietly excited" that he forgot to take a pic.

who has just purchased a new Vanquish and is concerned about the cost of some TPMS valves Also, respect due as he didn't chicken out like I did with the DBS when that all went wrong, he went straight into a new Vanquish.

Got any more jokes Jon ?
Only the one about a confused New Zealander, some Englishmen, and an Irish man, but you probably know that one.
Our new friend Pip has only posted once. He might not know there are some funny people on here. I will leave you to explain Steven.
As for Pete's desire for photographs. I for one did not take a pre-collection photograph, because my camera is sepia tone, so does not show Aston Grey at its best.
