squeaking and rattleing at base of windscreen v8 vantage

Ive got a 10 plate v8 vantage convertible and im getting allot of squeaking and rattling from the the base of the front wind screen, is this a common problem what can be done to fix it ?

Might be loose screws. Check the ones that hold the vents in place. Pretty common.

If not that ^ a possibility might be the screen not stuck in well.

Check your sun visor! Was convinced my glovebox or door innards were totally loose in mine. It was the sun visor . The AM tech who diagnosed said you can only 'feel' for such issues as your ears trick you inside a car. Could have knocked me down with a feather! May not be your case but HTH!

I too have had small rattle that I couldn't pinpoint but after reading this I checked the sun visors,low and behold the rattle was the n/s visor.
