Still think the original concept from 2003 hasn’t been bettered. It’s a shape that just doesn’t need the extra trim of the later cars. Mines a definite keeper.

I love how these things always start out in solidarity for the about whichever model and descend rapidly into "mines the best colour" "mines the best shape"

It's all pointless, because clearly mine are best anyway wink

The DB11 is a grower, I wasn't keen on it initially but the more I see them, the more it makes sense.

The new Vantage might be the same, for those who aren't swung by the looks. The point here though, crucially, is that I don't think there was ever a question at the launch of the Mk 1 Vantage about it not being a wonderful piece of design, at the time, let alone a decade later. That's why it stands out and why we're all fond of it I guess.
I agree, everyone has to wait until Top Gear/Grand Tour tell them it is beautiful first.

I can see how we can start with something as elegant and 'understated' as this:

and be-spoiler, be-wing, be-trinket, etc. and arrive at this:

one of the first V12 AMR's

But starting from here, I'm concerned this won't age well indeed:
