This year has been awful regarding the weather, I taxed my Aston in Feb and like to drive it as much as possible, I'm just so glad I have the venting kit fitted to clear the lights and help dry them out especially as I have been leaving the car outside in the evenings. Get a kit guys, you won’t regret it and fingers crossed for dryer, warmer weather.

Think i noticed this for the first time this year, last weekend. Bit of rain, but then dry at the destination.

Then yesterday, rainy morning then dry. Both lights with a lot of condensation frown

I’m with you there, the weather has been horrendous, I too have started driving the Aston, thank goodness I also have the venting system to keep the lights clear, it rattled me that a car of this calibre had misted headlights and the dealer would say “it’s just one of those things” , ridiculous.

Whats even better is when your car fails an MOT due to water ingress in the rear lights, the dealer will quite happily sell you some new AM clear rear lights as an "upgrade" and yet when those same lights are failing MOT 2 years later, its a case of "sorry they only have a 12 month warranty" would you like another set at discount only £1500 ?

Hi All, just to say my son has a V8 Vantage, he has just bought/fitted a “Custom Controller’” from AM Upgrades for his headlight venting system, he said it works brilliantly, well worth getting as it gives you full control of the fan system and still automatic, he said they are currently on offer with a £20 discount, I contacted them to ask for a DB9 controller but they only supply the V8 model, if interested message them on amupgrades@gmail.com

Hi all again, my son has said there is an extended warranty offer, an extra 2 years with all venting kits at AM Upgrades, a couple of my Club mates are getting one so be quick, good luck and enjoy the Aston driving.
