Sold on eBay for £26.3k - high miles, needing paint, and missing recent history. Slim profit but easy £1500 for trader I suppose - presumably no prep (pics are of the car at BCA) and quick re-sale.

Edit: perhaps a place selling cars with "no reserve" has a backup of shill bidders so they dont have to sell it if they're not happy with the price. Despite 'selling', they've now relisted with better pics:

Dealer has over 100 eBay feedbacks recorded in past month. Even if they're only clearing £1k profit per vehicle, it doesn't seem bad! Pics suggest they dont have very high premises costs either!

It is an interesting model. Buy any cars at BCA that are off Cap value and look good value with lower fees as no doubt top tier buying account.

A couple of quick pictures in the auction (or just photograph your PC screen using the auction ones), drive 20 minutes up the road, park it, list as spares or repair to avoid any warranty and possibly sell it.

Looking at the feedback quite a few cars do look to have sold a couple of times and I guess they have a high dropout rate.

I don’t expect they make more than £500 very often however the value of the cars they buy looks to be increasing.

Oh, they must also have a few traders buying from them as quite a few users only bid on their cars but several at a time.....

I see that it has been re-listed on Ebay: obviously the auction winner decided not to take it.
