If somebody is prepared to pay +800k for these then good luck to them. As with most of these cars, the base car upon which these special models are based is always the prettiest.

Assuming they either got or near enough the asking price , looks like Romans were spot on with the valuation then.

Well done them for being prepared to invest in the first place.

I popped into Roman’s at the weekend to enquire. The strong impression they gave was that even they were surprised that it sold so quickly. Ultimately, they tried their luck in setting the market price and it paid off. It doesn’t always (they missed the mark on one of the first 911 R’s to hit the market). I see another Zag has since hit the market for similar money.

Sorry buster, when you said “well done them” I thought you were talking about the dealer - in which case the rest of the statement about them being prepared to invest would have been lessened if SOR.
