Vanquish Fuse 15/22

I have recently acquired a 2013 Vanquish and got to reading this admittedly older thread. I have ordered the kit to add a remote for the exhaust valves, however, while I await its arrival, curiosity got the better of me...

I removed the two rubber pipes from the exhaust valve actuators and plugged them with a couple of 4mm bolts, et voilà! The exhaust valves are now permanently open with no codes or any other issues. It literally took me all of five minutes and has made the car sound as it should. I'll still be installing the 'proper' kit but at least it's kept me entertained and answered a question for anyone else that was wondering.
