Noticed a minor problem with my boot lid not closing. Took a few photos, emailed to Mike at Bamford Rose. Half-an-hour later, on a Saturday morning, he provided the resolution via email.

Splendid work!

Well now thinking about their customer service...suposse it is.....

I dont know you but you have posted trite comments about BR in the past. I dont know the history, is it Mike or generally BR you have a problem with? What happened?

I have had good service from BR. So what? If you post negative comments it is entirely reasonable to ask why. I have no agenda or allegiance to BR.

I can cope with censored swear words being displayed on here, so I can only imagine that not everyone is offended by such things.

As for customer service from BR, the only experience I have in this regard is them not answering the phone - so I don't bother to dial them any more.

They can apparently e Mail now though.....might be worth a try.....

I’m now off to the Nissan forum....to see my mates Gouldy and baldy otherwise known as dr evil bigglesworth ....they fk rabbits you know....

I have personal experience with the level of customer service and work done by Mike at BR. My biggest complaint is................they are 140 miles away from me. Mike has given excellent value for money and his encyclopedic knowledge of all things Aston is most reassuring. I can't recommend them highly enough. Incidentally all phone calls and emails were answered promptly.

I don't really see why people are having to justify their personal experiences because someone clearly has an continued issue with Mike/Bamford Rose.

I've seen exactly the the same posts on other threads when BR/Mike are mentioned and it is rather tedious.

Personally, It doesn't bother me in the slightest as people have the right to an opinion (usually whinging) these days and the medium in which to do so.

As regards the original thread, I think it is good service as most places would not respond until a 'proper' working week, nor would they provide information that could possibly lead to lost work.

Well i must admit when i tried to get a quote from BR i could not get hold of them on the phone so just got the quote from there web site.

Arh just read Colds post and i found exactly the same thing.

I know previously that BR didn't have a dedicated secretary to answer calls/emails and I think it’s handled by mike/Adrian. However, there must be a point where you either manage as you are or get a secretary, pay them and cover the wages with the extra work.
