I have personal experience with the level of customer service and work done by Mike at BR. My biggest complaint is................they are 140 miles away from me. Mike has given excellent value for money and his encyclopedic knowledge of all things Aston is most reassuring. I can't recommend them highly enough. Incidentally all phone calls and emails were answered promptly.
I don't really see why people are having to justify their personal experiences because someone clearly has an continued issue with Mike/Bamford Rose.
I've seen exactly the the same posts on other threads when BR/Mike are mentioned and it is rather tedious.
Personally, It doesn't bother me in the slightest as people have the right to an opinion (usually whinging) these days and the medium in which to do so.
As regards the original thread, I think it is good service as most places would not respond until a 'proper' working week, nor would they provide information that could possibly lead to lost work.

That’s better, a rather positive response lol I know previously that BR didn't have a dedicated secretary to answer calls/emails and I think it’s handled by mike/Adrian. However, there must be a point where you either manage as you are or get a secretary, pay them and cover the wages with the extra work.
