Quick update.

Selected some “Artwork” for the walls. The photos of the cars were taken by me. The rest were bought.

Still a shed load of wall space!

Very nice but make sure the pics are secure, it is very easy to brush between the car and the wall with limited space and dislodge one, with no room for it to fall, it could hit the car.

Good tip. The photos are deceptive though. There is over 2.5ft either side of the car. The room at the front is only a foot though. Will make sure all is secure!

Thanks

After years of messing with floor paint and carpet tiles where the wheels stood I bit the bullet and laid porcelain floor tiles. From memory it cost me c£600 which at the time was on a par for the interlocking plastic tiles. This was for a double garage. They’ve been down about 10 years now and proved very resilient. I’ve used trolley jacks and axle stands on them.
Over here in the States there are companies who apply an epoxy based coating (and other stuff) on concrete garage floors. I had my 3 car garage done a couple of years ago and the floor still looks as new.
The process consists of grinding the concrete floor down to remove the top layer. Then an epoxy was poured into the concrete. The next step was to broadcast special vinyl "chips" while the epoxy was still wet. These chips give the garage floor whatever color you want. Excess “Chips” were then removed and a coat of some mixture of urethane and or epoxy was poured and leveled.
You can use a floor jack on the surface without any issues.

Add a couple of photographs of the “Grinder” and the floor.

Quick update. Slowly building up the “Artwork”. Still have to paint the ceiling and skirting boards.

The large DB5 print in the frame was by Amy Shore photography. Love her style. Google her for more.

Turn off the rotation lock on the iPhone. Pics will then rotate automatically.
