Found it. It's in a support race, something called the Aston Martin Festival. GT3, GT4, DBR9, Vulcan etc. A 45 min race on Saturday morning.

I just don't know. All the effort that I put in, to keep you all informed of my Aston Martin related discoveries.

Perhaps you are joking Rich. You are too with-it, to be asleep at the back of the class. wink

Thank you for posting the link.

Wow. Obviously not directly comparable, but the leading Vulcan almost exactly matches the time, of the fastest GTE-Pro on the Test Day.

Might you be one of the drivers Paul, in the Aston Martin Festival race ?

Worth noting that the Festival Race will be streamed live on the AMR website & be covered by Le Mans Radio. It’ll also be available to watch after the event & on their Facebook page.
If you want a giggle there’s also a recording of my interview with Hindy from yesterday!

I wish...... One of my colleagues is in the Vulcan in 6th place, his first time there!! clap

Lead Vulcan driven by Peter Dumbreck, who actually flew at LeMans in 1999 in a Mercedes that did a back flip!!!

In MOTUL stand just before start line waiting for race😀

Saw One of the 3 Vulcans in gravel at Dunlop chicane and then dragged 40 yards thru gravel to back for tarmac run out - hope they keep out of there today

Is Aston getting better coverage in UK/EU than in the US?

Nah, completely out of the race at this stage. Maybe we’ll have heavy rain and it’ll be the best out there /wishfulthinking
