Radio Le Mans

Is it just me or is everyone else getting a French guy talking over the top of Radio Le Mans? Seems like there is interference with another station broadcasting on the same frequency.

Late I know as I didn’t check the forum but when this happens at LM, I change the frequency (to 91.1) and the excited French bloke is no more. It still kept RLM though.

I remember getting this when I was in Lagache grandstand a few years back. It's breakthrough from the french commentary on an adjacent frequency. At it's worst whenever Bruno Vandestick gets excited! Which is quite often Cured it by retuning my radio away from it.

On the subject of Radio Le Mans I really enjoyed Leena's insights, although she could be a little sharp at times....

Her remarks at drivers pushing after safety cars came in were very dry...

I thought Leena was brilliant too. Hindy seemed very grumpy this year to me, but I love the fact they have opinions instead of the anodyne commentary so many other events have.

Was good to have both Leena and H on the programme, let’s hope they take part in the future.

John did seem grumpy this year but frankly his irritation leads to some brilliant comments and insights. "IT'S NOT A SCHOOL SPORTS DAY, NOT EVERYONE HAS TO HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE AT THE TROPHY". It always feels like he's an extra guest on our trips that doesn't drink any beer or need a meal in the evenings.

Hope H and Leena will be back too.
