A battle of heart and head

So recently I made a tough decision to sell the DB9 for no other reason than to put money away into my bank.

You may recall my original purchase thread. My DB9 is a 2005 with 150k on the clock one of a kind.

Well tonight I just had to take the ad down. Although I have what is for me a lot of capital in the car. I just cannot. Cannot let her go. Never has a car swayed me so much.

My daily is a range rover sport and I've been enjoying the comfort of that so much I used the Aston less and less.

Time to fire up the V12 tomorrow me thinks and remember why I made all the sacrifices in the first place.

I hope I made the right decision. I think I did....

There is nothing at all I could get for the money that could match this car.

I very much doubt that looking at a figure on a bank statement will provide the same satisfaction as firng up that V12 and driving off down the road at weekends.

I'm selling my V8V and it hurts every time I think of it. Sadly keeping it isn't an option right now, but it doesn't reduce the pain!
