I was looking for real Carbon fibre interior pieces - such as the centre console and sat nav lid, but all the official ones seem to be carbon fibre effect - is this correct? Is there a 3rd party quality supplier? Any other Carbon Fibre links for the DB9 would be welcomed smile

Official OEM parts are real carbon. Some parts that are particularly difficult to make such as the satnav waterfall are overlay on a frame/structural part.

I ask as the Aston site states "Carbon Fibre painted veneer Sat Nav surround" or is that just the 2013's onwards?

Do you have any links to real AM CF thank you?

That just means it has a coat of lacquer on the carbon fibre for protection/enhancement. All carbon fibre on Aston Martin’s is genuine and not painted on.
