All this debate about CCM's is nonsense, I've never heard of a single case where CCM's had to be replaced on a V12 Vantage and neither did my dealer I recently spoke to about this particular subject.
I'm sorry, CSK1, you're deluded, as is your dealer. I replaced front CCM's on my DBS after 3 track days. It's not something I would wish on anyone, it's a bloody expensive job.And that makes no difference to the car we are discussing, it will be fitted with your alleged 1st gens. I know of at least 2 other V12V’s running with shot discs!!!!

In what way? I’m fascinated. When did the new ones start to be fitted?

I believe they were fitted to the V12 Vantage S, original V12 Vantage would be 1st gen as per DBS.And that makes no difference to the car we are discussing, it will be fitted with your alleged 1st gens. I know of at least 2 other V12V’s running with shot discs!!!!

Genuine question - why is the £59k one a higher spec, both are Manual with carbon seats. Both lovely cars ....
The cheaper car has the big seatscayman-black said:
Seems about right to me, as EVR says find another V20...
The engineering behind the V20 is incredible. The rear mounted V8 means that the transaxle is omitted completely. For even weight distribution the volante mohair hood is tucked under the driver and passenger seats in a very nice velour bag.Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
