Has anyone made enquiries or been to see the car listed on AutoTrader at £63K? The advert content is basic and just wonder why this hasn’t sold already, given that the general population of the prices is at £70K+
I haven’t, but it’s at that classic Supercar mileage, just shy of 40k, which probably puts most off, unless a warranty is provided. vpr said:
I don’t get the whole “B&O” hysteria
Unless you listen to your music at full blast of course.
I have it in the DBS but not in the V12v. Couldn’t tell the difference, but then I tend to listen more to the exhaust
Would love lightweight seats though
I have the premium sound system which is more than good enough and the sport seats with Alcantara mix which i also like.Unless you listen to your music at full blast of course.

I agree entirely. I find the premium audio great and I don’t feel deprived by not having the B&O option.Unless you listen to your music at full blast of course.

The lightweights are a must have for me.

Lightweights were a 9k option over standard seats? Should be a small premium for them on the used market?
Noo, they were £2495 to spec at new. £9k is aprox the cost to retrofit, hence they were one of the best value options you could choose as most other options are more or less the same price to add in afterwards.

Tweeters rise from the dash. Very cool. Well worth the difference. Unless you listen to your music at full blast of course.

I have the B&O in my 12 year old DBS Volante and spec'd it in my '18 V12VSRM and there is no comparison in the systems. The sound in the DBS is superb (to my ears), even with the roof down, whereas in the V12 it's not any better than my recollection of the system in my previous V8. When I mentioned this before I think I recall somebody saying it was because the B&O people set the system up specifically for the DBS whereas nowadays they're 'off the shelf' installations. Cat bypasses and a Cliveswitch in the V12V solved the problem! Unless you listen to your music at full blast of course.

Where and how would I go about getting the lightweight seats retro fitted?
Phone Works, they will happily relieve you of 5 figures and fit them for you.Obviously you loose some functionality (heating and some movement), so don't know whether or not the wiring would be the same, but with some options "not available", or whether there's more to it than that.
Didn't someone on here retro fit them to a V12V a couple or years ago ??
