Yesterday: Car was absolute disgrace so managed to get it out and give full wash, followed by polish and C coat. FREEZING lol Really enjoying the aero addition of Prodrive version carbon rear spoiler working in harmony with front splitter (which I produce and supply) wink
O/T but you have RAL'ed your sat dish and rainwater drain too?

Managed to get out again today after another 2 weeks of rain! Passed a nice chap in a hedge trimming tractor who kindly turned it off so I could go past without getting a carfull of small green bits!

Put the key in the door and opened it to get the fob to reconnect with the car.

Frustrated as hell here. My Vantage arrived on a transporter on 9th December. I drove it down the driveway and put it in the garage. Apart from starting it three times to move out and back in so that the tyres are not sat in the same position, that's as far as I've 'driven' her.

Mrs OC is shielded and that's just been extended to 31st March so looks like it will be April before we get to take her out on the road.

Had the glass buttons fitted. Think they really lift the look of the interior. I wasn't a fan of the plastic ones.

Nice.

Why didnt they fit them as standard equipment?

I like this pic, is very "technical" and cool.

Not sure about Arial italic, why italic? Like go-fast stripes, as if to underline "movement"??

Had the Carbon ski slope fitted in the Vantage. Really modernises the interior and matches the carbon door pulls.

That looks great Chris. I have been thinking about changing mine and possibly the gear lever surround too. My ski slope is piano black which I do actually like, but it can be hard to keep clean and it does show every bit of dust! Did Works source the new ski slope for you, or did you get it yourself and just ask them to fit it?

Best Regards

I've had my Vantage for around five months now and one thing has always bugged me, a few chips on the interior door pull.

From a recommendation on Facebook, I ordered a paint chip repair kit from Chipex, the results are fantastic.

That does look very good. Is it a specific colour for the Aston interior? if so, what colour did you order?

Also, what's .... Facebook? biggrin

My DB9 has the somewhat brighter control panel, do you think the door handles are you colour?
